"Nice property but they cut the 1 foot tall grass the day after we arrived. The place was in good shape, clean but needed some attention to dusting. I found we had about an 8th of an inche of dust on top of our air conditioning unit in our bedroom. The location was great, across the road from the beach. The first 50 feet or so into the water had big stones ober the sand. Up the beach a hundred feet or so didn't. But its not an issue went swimming twice every day. Overall it was a great...

She provided some fresh food for our arrival, extra towels on request, arranged airport transfers, and was generally very hospitable. The building has 4 suites, the common area as well the patios offer a community feel. Everything was clean and new. "Not a five star hotel but met expectations so giving it 5 stars for what is advertised. Staff were nice, room was clean. Prime oceanfront location - This is why you stay here. Restaurant on site. Recommend staying in the newer building, but not on the first floor. While nice to walk out to the ocean, people will use the loungers in front of your patio door so you have no privacy. Wish list: bigger tv’s, extra comforters, sheer curtains (not just black out ones), more light in the bathroom. "

"Hotel was wonderful. Great beach and pool. Very nice. Breakfast is $37/person. Expensive. On Dec 25 there were no other dining options around - hotel restaurant had a great, yet expensive, Buffett. Around $90/person. Without options- we ate there. On all other days - cross the street and you have many reasonable places. Prices similar to the US. "
