Located in a small residence on the first floor, overlooking the bay of Banyuls-sur-Mer, this studio is the perfect place for a successful holiday! Equipped for two people, it comprises a living room opening onto a lovely terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker), a shower room, and a separate toilet. You will have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed of the same size. Enjoy relaxing moments and meals in the sun on the terrace. This studio is just a 10-minute walk from the town center, the beach, and shops, allowing you to easily get around on foot. Sep 20, 2022 #### Appartement dĂ©suet Il est dommage que l’état de l’appartement laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, canapĂ© dont le tissus est usĂ©, trouĂ©, sol avec de nombreuses fissures, ustensiles de cuisine Ă  la propretĂ© douteuse,poĂŞles très rayĂ©es, le lavabo de la salle de bains goutte. Il manque une bouilloire et un grille pain. Sinon la terrasse et la vue sont top!!!
