It has two levels, three bedrooms, two shower rooms, a separate luxury kitchen, and a spacious living room with three bay windows that overlook a very beautiful panoramic sea view. From the living room you access the east and south facing terrace. A second terrace is exposed West. The big advantage of the house is that whatever the season you get sunshine which allows you to sunbathe, even outside the summer periods, and therefore to have lunch outside. Awning on the terrace. The kitchen is fitted and equipped with a five-burner stove and an American fridge. The small beach is accessible on foot by a private path to the residence where no car passes. The setting is idyllic, very quiet, yet close to the center of Banyuls. 10 mins walk safely. All the bars, restaurants and shops and animation of a seaside town. The port is 300m away, as are rentals of sea kayaks, fishing trips, or mini cruises. Banyuls is renowned for its wine and its numerous tasting cellars. Schöner Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse und aus dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist gut aus gestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank und Herd. Es ist ruhig, der Verkehr ist nicht zu hören. Die Badebucht war ein weiteres Highlight. Das Wasser war klar und es waren beim Schnorcheln viele Fische zusehen. Das Städtchen konnte man in 10 min gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin und Hausmeisterfirma sind sehr freundlich und um die Kunden bemüht. Wir empfehlen im Vorfeld zu klären, wie die Hausreinigung abläuft, wenn man diese nicht selbst übernehmen möchte. A la réservation, je me suis assurée que la maison était bien adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite comme cela était indiqué dans la proposition de location. Hélas nous avons vite déchanté... Cette maison n'est pas du tout adaptée pour PMR : pas de possibilité d'entrer dans la chambre avec un fauteuil roulant et pas de possibilité d'entrer dans la salle de bain - wc avec le fauteuil (les portes sont trop étroites) Voici pour les points les plus importants... Je serai moins critique sur le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de barre de soutien dans la douche, que les toilettes ne soient pas rehaussés et que le lit ne soit pas à une hauteur correcte... Et c'est pour cela que nos vacances n'ont pas été satisfaisantes. Il ne faut pas inscrire sur une annonce de location que le lieu est adapté pour PMR alors qu'il ne requiert pars du tout les normes exigées par le sigle "Tourisme Handicap". Sinon c'est une superbe maison avec une vue imprenable sur Banyuls et la méditerranée. Le séjour peut y être très agréable pour des persones valides... ##### Dominique W.
