"Staff is great. Valet parking is convenient. Breakfast is very good. However, the gym is unusable because ALL of the equipment is broken. Smaller things: the elevator lights/buttons need maintenance. The hotel is starting to look old. Location is good; walking distance from the city center stores. "

"The best affordable hotel in São José dos Campos, SP. Near Santos Dumont Park, quick walk or drive to downtown and many restaurants nearby. Free breakfast served until late and one of the best I've seen for the price. Very friendly staff, plenty of smiles. Standard brazilian bathroom unfortunately, not impressed."
