Booked a room for 4 people. They gave us a room for 2 sleeper. Then tried to split our family and put us in a room down the street wich has a different name but same ower. That room didnt look good, looked like a hostel room. We asked them for money back & they weren't refunding us. We left that property & went to another place. That other place was very accommodating. I don't recommend staying here.plus you have to climb stairs to get to your room & they had put us all the way up. 60 steps i would say. One of the worst experiences we have had.

Ich habe mir dieses Hotel deshalb ausgesucht, weil Deutsch gesprochen wird. Das ist nicht der Fall. Frühstück gab es im Nachbarhotel (the Pattern) Nicht jeder vom Personal spricht Englisch. Aufgrund von Qualität und Sauberkeit des Zimmers würde ich sagen daß, das Hotel ein gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis hat. Sehr gut ist die Nähe zur Skytrain Station.

デュープレックスバルコニーの部屋にしましたが、写真の通り可愛くて泊まれて良かったです。 実質5階ですがエレベーター無いので頑張って。 朝食付きのプランにしましたが、朝食の案内が無く１度も食べれませんでした。

The room is a bit small but comfortable. It is walking distance to bts station. It is close to Asiatique as well where you can dine and shop.

Great service, nice room, good breakfast, close to BTS station. Good street food nearby. It was a little hard for taxis to find - so I suggest using Grab car instead. I only wish breakfast was available earlier than 7:30. Altogether lovely place to stay - I would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family.

BEST HOTEL!

So much to say but this place was amazing from the vibe to the breakfast and most importantly the staff. Hans was brilliant, really helpful. Lang and the adorable little ohm (good luck with your studies!). Really have nothing bad to say about this place if ever come back will defo book with this hotel! And very close to the skyline which is one stop away from the pier which takes you to the main attractions! I'm so glad I decided to change my previous hotel to this place!

So glad I found this place!

The neighborhood wasn’t all that great but the staff was very attentive- the food was decent- and the building and room were very nice. All of this for a great value!!

位置對於一般司機，還是有少部分找不太到的問題，沒有電梯但喜歡裡面小而用心的裝潢，這次訂三間房，有一間有螞蟻出沒，反應後有立即幫我們清潔房間，整體住宿體驗還不錯，很像台灣的民宿，不是飯店。

Clean hotel and good location

very clean hotel with an awesome staff. Loved the location near Chiang Mai gate and close to a Main Street to grab a taxi/tuk tuk. The breakfast is also really good!

The staff was very kind and friendly. No restaurant but a nice little café outside. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, but isolation is not very good and the street noisy.

such a lovely welcome

Interesting location with excellent street food and local market. A few minutes walk from the Skytrain. The staff were exceptional. They took great pride in making our stay perfect.

少し下町にあり駅からの導線は分かりにくいけど小綺麗なホテル。従業員も親切で英語ができます。エレベーターがないのが味ですね。

因為午夜才入住, 但是仍有員工在等候我, 感覺是體貼的。但是房間是向街, 所以很嘈雜的車聲, 由深夜至日間都是。入住期間酒店隔壁是在裝修重整, 所以一早便有電鑽聲、工程聲,十分嘈吵。所以十時多我便退房了。 但是房間是清潔和別緻的

Clean, comfortable, great service. Location so-so.

This is an amazing B & B. I feel its underrated. We experienced excellent service, staff was very accomodating even offering to order takeaway when we were craving food that the hotel didnt serve. Only downside is the location is abit iffy. Short walk to the nearest BTS, and not the easiest place to find for a taxi driver. However all things considered, highly recommended hotel at this price point.
