Make sure to reach out to the owner/property manager at least a day before your stay to make arrangements with his on-site contact person for access to the building. It's a large residential type apartment building. If you don't speak Thai, try to at least have a smartphone with a translation app. The room I had is not pictured on Orbitz, but it's very similar in terms of the size, furniture, etc. Room is clean and the AC is very good. Really appreciate the cold, bottled water in the fridge and the instant coffee. The building elevator had lots of bugs flying around the lights at the top, but the room itself had no bugs. It looked like all the apartments there had two doors, with the external door being a metal door and secured with a padlock, so it felt quite secure. Maybe don't walk around the area at night alone however. Only suggestion for improvement is that the room was a little dim, so more lights or brighter lights would be better. A great location and everything is within a few minutes walk. COSMO BAZZAR is right across the street and offers so many choices of foods. There is something for everyone here..and very close by. I really enjoyed my time there as its so clean and new. Not like the busy, bad air , madness of many BKK locations. I would definately come back..and it has a certain feel "of home"..friendly people and lots of smiles. If you come and get to meet Dan, he's a cool guy..very friendly and helpful. If you need something, ask him..he seems to know what he's doing and enjoys helping others.
