Check in is easy and extending your stay is easy and can be done on a day by day basis. The hotel is basically an old dormitory on the grounds of a University. The rooms are very large with a full closet, A/C, private bathroom, refrigerator. The linens and towels are clean. The rooms themselves, though, are very run down. My first room had an ant problem in the bathroom. My second room had severe water damage to the ceiling and floor tiles. Both rooms needed to be painted. Because it's on University property, the entire University is fenced in and there are security guards posted at every gate and inside the hotel lobby itself and the neighborhood is safe. Also because it's on Univ grounds, there are Western chain restaurants such as Diary Queen and McDonalds nearby. It's not a real nice place, but it's basically clean and safe and spacious and everything in the room works, so it's adequate lodging. I stayed there almost 2 weeks.
