Unfortunately there were several occasions of coastal termites in master bath, bedroom, living area and kitchen. Management was contacting pest control after we left. Electronic lock on front door battery died so we were locked out until mgmt directed is to replacement batteries and we replaced it. Trash in garage was overflowing. I will be honest, I had a hard time telling if this home would fit our family well based on the pictures- but I was pleasantly surprised! This home is roomy, well laid out and cozy at the same time. We were rained in for our stay, but with the view and the hot tub, it didn’t matter.There is also a claw foot soaking tub upstairs that is amazing after coming in from a walk outside.
