"The management (owners?) were very pleasant and helpful, as were all staff. The room was spacious and well prepared. The Hotel offered everything we wanted and was convenient for a short walk down to the Harbour at Horta, which was our main place to visit. "Room was nice, with the exception of our queen bed being two pushed together singles (two separate covers also…). Nice view from hotel. Great location and very central. Amenities look great but are terrible. Cold, moldy indoor pool with cockroaches. Hot tub was barely even warm. Sauna broken. Steam room cold and smelt of mold."

"Staff was amazing, they stayed open to help us check in late after our flights were impacted due to weather. The place is spotless and smells incredible. We didn’t get to try dinner at the restaurant as it was closed for a celebration holiday on Monday but the breakfast was delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, a little bit outside of The main town but close to hiking vineyards and the ocean. Bonus is Noah, the cat who visits outside and came to hang out with us for awhile (he’s super loving and friendly). We absolutely loved our stay here and in Pico"
