« Our family group of 15 had a great time! The kids and adults enjoyed the game room, puzzles, and hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised at how nicely stocked the house was with towels, bedding and toiletries. Between the 2 dinning tables and bar area there was plenty of room during meal times for everyone. Kids fished off the doc, the kayaks were a hit, the grill was clean when we went to use it!! Great yard to play games!! LOVED this place! »

« The stay was absolutely perfect. Check in was seamless and easy. The house was incredibly clean. There was an abundance of towels and blankets and sheet, there was everything we would have needed. « Great stay in downtown Owosso. The living area and kitchen were open, light and airy. The kitchen had all items necessary for our stay and a full size washer and dryer were available as well. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom had a shower, tub and vanity were ample. We loved the location and were able to take in the Farmers Market behind the building Saturday morning. We highly recommend this property. »

« We loved our stay at the Fenton Flats. Apartment was super cute with ample room. The building and grounds were well maintained and very clean. Great location too. Just minutes from Lake Fenton/Fenton and across the street from a great restaurant. Property owners were super easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. « Neighborhood peaceful. Love backyard to sit outside. We seen lots of different wildlife. Enjoyed the spacious house. My son enjoyed the fact he had a TV in his room and the choices he had on the TV. We enjoyed the spacious living room. We had everything in the spacious kitchen to cook our meals. The bathrooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Even had a great washer and dryer. The only thing was the ceiling fan in living room was not working. We really enjoyed this house...
