I had no complaints with the comfort in my room, or with how everything worked. The 3 receptionists we met were friendly and helpful, but the room was very worn and dated. It was clean, but there was a hole in the bedspread, baseboards were coming loose in the bathroom, and the shower head came through a hole in the sheetrock--no metal flange. There were no amenities, not even a hairdryer. One of the receptionists tried to get one for me, but had no luck. My husband went to the lobby at about 8:45 in the morning to get coffee. There were no cups, but the receptionist got some. Unfortunately, the coffee was at best lukewarm, and there was no way for the receptionist to make more. It apparently gets delivered, sometime.
