The studio is located in an apartment building constructed in 1980, renovated in 2016, and furnished in a typical local style and functional manner. The property is situated in a holiday complex, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use: garden furniture and lift. Ski room, bicycle storage in the house.  
  
**Your holiday apartment**  
**Your studio** offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 30 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. On colder days your studio can be heated with electric heating and central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is in der 1\. Etage   
  
 and ground level and leads directly in the hallway with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, lounge, dinette, TV, radio and to the north side. The extra beds are  
  
 a double wall cupboard bed and a double couch. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. You have access to the 30 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 3 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, TV, electric cooker, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 3 persons. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.  
 In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Bad Mitterndorf, 900 m above sea level. The studio is located in a holiday complex, on an open woodland plot with meadow and trees. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking in a garage and on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Indoor pool (usable from early December to early August, heated, 13.00 m x 8.00 m, 2 m deep). The indoor pool and sauna are closed for the regularly necessary maintenance work from Monday, 12/05/2025 to Friday, 23/05/2025 inclusive. From Saturday, 24/05/2025, the sauna and indoor pool will be open again. During the maintenance period, annual maintenance and cleaning work is carried out in the indoor pool and sauna area according to official requirements.

Mini golf, horse riding, fishing, boat rental each 7 km in Archkogl. Tennis in Tauplitz 800 m. Mountain biking, hiking trails and horse riding. 6-lake hike on the Tauplitzalm plateau. Panoramic view from Lawinenstein, Mitterstein and Schneiderkogel. **In winter:** Ski lift 800 m in Bad Mitterndorf. Ski area 800 m in Bad Mitterndorf (Tauplitzalm). Ski bus 10 m. Ski rental, ski school, cross-country trail each 800 m in Bad Mitterndorf. Ice skating in Tauplitzalm 5 km. Winter hiking trails.
