A kitchenette is also located on this level, fully equipped for self-catering stays. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms distributed as follows: 2 rooms each furnished with 1 French bed, and 1 additional room fitted with 2 beds. The bathroom on this floor features both a bath and a shower, and is accompanied by a separate WC. The property is finished with carpet flooring throughout and benefits from a private terrace and a small garden, both furnished with terrace furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.
