Villa Toscane with swimming pool 20 minutes from Toulouse

  • It is 25 km from Toulouse and 50 km from Albi, in the heart of the Tuscan tuscany, you will find this charming village between Tarn and Haute Garonne, authentic and typical with its pink brick houses, its castle, all built on the hillside.
    The Tuscan villa will take you straight to Italy, with its colors and beautiful park with cypress trees and a beautiful umbrella pines, with an Indian tipi as a conversation lounge ... the stage is set!

    The house: 6 bedrooms, equipped for 15 people, 4 bathrooms, 2 lounges (including 1 gathering many games and children's books of all ages, the 2nd equipped with a flat screen and stereo), and a very large fully equipped kitchen.

    Wifi installed throughout the house.

    Garden furniture, sun lounger, pool sunbath, weber barbecue, table and chair to take meals in the shade of chestnut trees will be at your disposal.

    The pool is secure (wooden barriers).

    The piano in perfect condition is there for the musicians.

    We are passionate about ceramics. The house is decorated with many ceramics that we make on site and you will find a small showroom made with our creations.

    Garden side, a ping pong table will meet all your desire tournaments, swings and rope ladders are installed in the trees for the enjoyment of children.

    Many walks from the house.

    Ideally located between Toulouse and Albi, you will discover these places steeped in history. The wine routes of Gaillac and the typical villages of Cordes sur Ciel, Puycelci, Bruniquel, Castelnau de Montmirail will allow you to discover an authentic region with flourishing local crafts.

    We realize an organic vegetable garden and organic jams "houses" and put the fruit of our work at your disposal.

Excellent séjour

Delphine et Jean- Marc nous ont réservé un très bon accueil. La maison correspondait en tout point à nos attentes . Nous étions au calme entre amis et les conseils donnés en terme de visites et de restauration étaient très bons. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille et entre amis

Jean Marc et Delphine sont très accueillants. La maison est grande et pleine de charme. Chacun y trouve son espace. Tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances et mis à notre disposition. La piscine est un réel plus. Le jardin est magnifique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très belle demeure familiale avec grand jardin au calme , piscine toujours propre et à 28° pendant notre séjour, terrasse ombragée sous les platanes, village voisin tout commerces ,entre Toulouse et Albi ce qui permet de rayonner facilement vers les sites à visiter. Grande cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle et électroménager. Nos deux familles ont apprécié la fraicheur des salons, les grandes chambres et salles de bain qui permettent à chacun d' avoir son intimité. Un plus ,le linge de maison à disponibilité, les lits faits à notre arrivée ,l' accès à la bibliothèque et aux jeux d' enfants. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse , leur accueil et leurs bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Anne

Fabulous holiday in a beautiful French home

We spent a week as a group of 8 in this truly wonderful house, set in the most picturesque part of France. Everything is thoughtfully and tastefully decorated and we spent many afternoons eating and barbecuing outside or spending time by the big pool. Jean-Marc and Delphine were so welcoming and have thought of everything: restaurant tips, an arrival apero, homemade jams. They even posted us a couple of left behind items! We didn't have any children with us but the kids room would be perfect for a family and the kitchen is so well stocked we were able to cook very intricate meals for a large group. We highly recommend the kayaking trip (2.5 hours!) and visits to Albi and Toulouse. A wonderful holiday - thank you both!

Idyllic retreat for adults and children

Delightful, well-equipped house with excellent swimming pool and lovely large garden. Separate playroom particularly useful - lots of quality toys and games to suit ages 0 to 10 and older. Comfortable furniture in TV / sitting room. Fruit and vegetables from the garden and home-made preserves a bonus. Daily (except Wednesday) delivery of bread etc really useful as no shop in village.

Séjour très tres tres agreable

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances. La maison est vraiment géniale et permet à chacun d avoir son petit coin d intimité. Le grand terrain permet de faire ses activités seul, par petits groupes, tous ensemble. tout en permettant aux grands d avoir un œil sur les petits. La piscine eSt Tres agréable. Et les hôtes sont aux petits soins pour que tout se passe bien. Tres sympathiques, Disponibles et discrets. Les confitures de Delphine sont extraordinaires et les légumes du jardin (à disposition)succulents. La localisation permet de rayonner sur Toulouse, Albi nous avons poussé très facilement sur Carcassonne, Cahors... Des vacances qui nous ont permis de nous ressourcer en alternant les moments de pure détente et les visites. Nous gardons de notre séjour un souvenir ému et les enfants aussi.

Séjour calme et reposant

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre semaine au calme dans cette belle maison familiale. Tout était parfait, que ce soit la maison bien organisée, pratique, charmante et propre, que ce soit la beauté reposante du parc avec sa piscine et ses jeux pour les enfants (et les grands aussi!!), que ce soit l'accueil chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires. Nous avons également bien profité des activités dans les environs immédiats (promenades et ballades dans un secteur magnifique) et notre escapade dans la superbe ville rose de Toulouse (qui est à tout juste une demi heure!). Enfin, des vacances inoubliables à renouveler, et à conseiller !

Maison de charme

Un séjour très plaisant dans une maison familiale avec un parc et une piscine particulièrement agréables. Jean-Marc saura vous conseiller sur les sites à visiter aux alentours et sur les resto toulousains à ne pas manquer!! Goûtez les confitures de la maîtresse de maison et profitez des légumes du jardin!!! Séjour très agréable et accueil très chaleureux de la famille Charlot!! Les Ch'tis séjour Aout 2014
