Beautiful and new flat in residential next to the golf course, this spacious and ample flat will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday.  
  
 It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen open to the living room.  
  
 Equipped with bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, equipped kitchen with quartz worktop, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.  
  
 Terrace and garden furniture. Lift.  
  
 Dear guest, we are delighted to welcome you to our well-kept flat. To respect your stay and that of future guests, please read the compliance with the rules.  
  
 Accommodation conditions:  
  
 \-Deposit to be paid at check-in: 300€.

 \-Smoking is not allowed in the flat or on the terrace.

 You must exit again through the entrance barrier to the port and continue along Avda. de la Mojarra in the direction of the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral.  
  
 (Keep to the right in the direction of Ayamonte).  
  
 Go past the boat roundabout and continue straight ahead for about 3km, you will come to a roundabout where you take the first exit.
