Entire house, 200 m from shops, in a very quiet area (no loud speaker noise, etc.), 100 m from the plant garden, 800 m from the municipal swimming pool. Easy access to the A84 towards Rennes or Caen. 100 m from the departure of the transport shuttles to the beaches and sites to visit. House type F3 bis, 93 M². \- Ground floor: Main room equipped with a fitted kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher) open to dining area and living room. TV, DVD player.
