I would stay here again

Hotel was very nice, older building but very well maintained. Our room was on the road side of the building and traffic noise was very loud. Ear plugs or possibly a back room would be better. Location and price are excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Una de cal y una de arena.

El hotel esta bien situado, al lado de la muralla de Avila, pero esto es un inconveniente a la hora de descargar el equipaje pues no tienes un lugar donde dejar el coche. Lo peor sin duda es la limitación del aire acondicionado a 27 grados, asi lo anuncian ademas con una nota informativa dentro de la habitación. Tampoco funcionó con 28, con lo cual el descanso fue imposible.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y estamos muy contentos. Al llegar tuvimos un problema porque la reserva que les aparecía era de habitación individual en lugar de doble (que era lo que habíamos reservado) y a pesar de estar el alojamiento completo consiguieron darnos una habitación doble finalmente. A pesar del susto inicial pudimos alojarnos sin problema. Del hotel decir que está muy bien ubicado, limpio y las camas son cómodas. No cuentan con parking pero es relativamente fácil aparcar cerca. Esperamos volver pronto

Superó todas nuestras expectativas, habitación limpia, amplia y muy cómoda. Por poner una pega, las habitaciones tienen poca iluminación natural al estar en un patio interior, pero nada importante. Todo genial!

Excelente experiencia.

Muy buena recepción, nos entregaron la habitación antes de la hora sin ningún problema, la recepcionista sumamente amable y nos dió un mapa de la ciudad y nos explico los sitios emblemáticos para visitar. Al momento de entregar la habitación pudimos dejar el equipaje en recepción para poder continuar la visita sin necesidad de estar cargando con las maletas. La ubicación del hotel genial cerca de todo, muy buena la habitación con AA, lo único mala es que no tiene nevera ejecutiva en la habitación pero nos ofrecieron refrigerar lo que necesitaríamos en las neveras del hotel. El desayuno está muy bien por el precio.

Excelente estadia.

Passei só uma noite, mas foi excelente. O atendimento do hotel é excelente, com bom humor e educação. O hotel é simples e limpo. É antigo mas muito bem conservado. Só não tem frigobar no quarto. A localização é muito boa, pode ir à pé a todos os pontos turísticos. O hotel disponibiliza um café da manhã por €5,90. É bem simples, mas de qualidade. O preço da diária é bem acessível. Recomendo.
