10/10 Excellent

"Loved everything about the property . Kids had lovely time at the activities park . Did grass sledging, swimming. Kids loved the yellow slide . The breakfast was delicious. The lock of the bathroom door was not working but this was just a minor thing. Apart from that everything was superb . Thanks for making us feel homely and welcome . Lovely place to stay ."

"Was not expecting this to be an extremely busy place, lineups to get bar service in order to get ice. No fridge in the room. Bathroom was really nice but the rest of the unit was extremely dated and the mattresses were not new, they were old spring mattresses. No AC but fans and a portable heater were provided. Asked the staff for kleenex, sorry we dont have any, asked for toilet paper, we dont have any. Food choices were extremely expensive and when I went in to ask what was available, they said we're closed rudely. Garbage pails outside were overflowing, parking was an issue. Starbucks offered coffee that was quite expensive compared to elsewhere. I will give credit that the room was very clean although dated."

"The location is good. With trailheads within walking distance. They’ve tried to automate processes that either don’t work or are useless. For example the automated car registration didn’t help them notify me that my car would be blocked for a morning while heavy equipment was being moved in. Free WiFi means no useable WiFi. They did upgrade my WiFi service but should just ditch the ‘free’ version. The staff are multitasking leaving people waiting for services. Hats off to them."

"Overall we had a good, comfortable stay. The lodge felt clean ( although a couple of towels and the bedding in the main bedroom smelt mildly of damp). The kitchen was well equipped and the shower was lovely and strong. We dropped a star because of inaccurate listing which said that WiFi was included. Just before arrival, we were sent a welcome document that stated that the WiFi was broken and was no longer available, however when we arrived, wifi popped up. When we asked for the password we were informed that this was an additional surcharge. This was not reflected anywhere on the listing at the time we booked, nor at the time of our stay. This was only updated after I contacted the host to insist this was updated."
