Ideally located in Auxerre, “Chez Aristide” welcomes you to the “Porte du Temple” neighborhood, just steps away from Rue du Temple (the city’s main shopping street), the Market, and the Cinema.  
  
Fully renovated, this beautiful 90m² period apartment (with herringbone oak flooring, decorative moldings, fireplaces, and 2.90 m high ceilings), located on the first floor of a family-owned building, combines the charm of a historic residence with modern comfort.  
  
Warm ambiance and lovely natural light on the first floor, with no overlooking neighbors, in a living space thoughtfully designed by our interior architect.  
Free parking is available on the street or at Place de l’Arquebuse (note: market days are Tuesday and Friday mornings).  
  
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi (SFR), TV, Ethernet network, towels, bed linen, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle are provided.  
  
The shared entry area on the first floor welcomes you with a shoe bench and children’s games.  
The living room features a convertible sofa (sleeps 2), multiple armchairs, and a flat-screen TV (with SFR Box).  
The dining room / open-plan kitchen offers a spacious and bright living area (facing East-West), with a table for 8, a fireplace, a bookshelf, and a fully equipped kitchen.  
  
The apartment includes 3 bedrooms (each with two 80x200 cm beds, which can be configured as a King Size or separated), for a total of 8 sleeping places:  
  
Large “Africa” bedroom (courtyard side) with fireplace, desk, wardrobe, and TV  
  
Small “Banksy” bedroom (street side) with wardrobe  
  
Large blue bedroom (street side) with desk, wardrobe, and armchair  
  
A convertible sofa bed in the living room  
Bathroom / toilet with bathtub.  
  
Well-behaved pets are welcome.

Dieses Appartement ist perfekt, wunderschöne Einrichtung, sehr stilvoll und gemütlich. Das Appartement ist großzügig, die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend, um Auxerre zu erkunden, aber auch Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.
