We only stayed one night to see the Johnson City lights and shopped in Fredericksburg. It had enough bedrooms for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There is a step down going to the pantry and a high door threshold. FYI The fifth bedroom was a converted garage with its own entrance. Even though the home looks average they have made the most out of the space with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, newly redesigned and a laundry room/ extra bedroom. Hot tub is fully functioning, with a lighted gazebo next to it and Blackstone grill. Spacious backyard and very private. Enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this property for those looking to get away to the Texas hill country. ##### Paul C. We enjoyed the quick 16m drive to the first winery, and they even have connections to local wine tour transportation. From there, the wineries are less than 5 min drives to the next one and an easy drive back! The house itself is so well designed and appointed. The backyard was really nice and perfect for evenings hanging out with family with the grassy areas, corn hole, covered dining, firepit and spa!
