This spacious 56 m² superior apartment is designed for both comfort and accessibility, situated at an altitude of 1600 meters in the heart of Auris-en-Oisans. Located just a five-minute walk from the resort center and local shops, the residence offers a south-facing setting with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the 250 km of slopes in the Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine.

The interior is specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility and can host up to six people with extra space. The layout features a living room with a television and a pull-out bed for two, a separate bedroom with two single beds, and a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed. The kitchen area is fully equipped with ceramic hobs, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. For your comfort, the private bathroom is designed with an integrated shower and toilet for better accessibility.

During your stay, you have free access to the heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, and hammam. The apartment includes a private balcony or terrace and a dedicated ski locker per unit. Practical services like free covered parking and the option to borrow raclette or fondue sets ensure a seamless and enjoyable alpine experience for everyone.
