Original hardwood floors, high ceilings, wood furniture, washer/dryer, decorative fireplaces, and privacy fence enclosing a large, landscaped backyard that's perfect for grilling. Plenty of well-lit street parking directly in front and along the side of this corner lot house. Adorable front porch with seating. Tons of natural light. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. 3 minutes from downtown shopping/dining/bar hopping, the Riverwalk, and Medical District, and 10 minutes from the Augusta National Golf Course. NO PETS.
