The new appliances in the kitchen including a great dishwasher were very convenient. I had no trouble with the front door lock. The side porch was excellent for coffee in the morning or for sitting out a southern thunderstorm. The water pressure is acceptable but maybe do not do dishes while you are washing laundry. That said the water pressure in the shower is very nice!
