The semi-detached house extends over 150 square meters on the ground floor. It features a comfortable and tastefully furnished living/dining room with air conditioning and forced-air heating, along with an exit to the garden. There are three bedrooms: one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and air conditioning with an exit to the garden; another double bedroom with air conditioning and an exit to the terrace; and a third room with one bed, one pull-out bed, and air conditioning. The kitchen area is a kitchenette equipped with a mini-oven, dishwasher, two gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is well-appointed with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay during your vacation. It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, heating available from December 1st to March 31st, and a microwave. The maximum capacity is six guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (one with a shower, bidet, and toilet, another with a bath, bidet, and toilet, and a separate toilet room).  
  
Other Information  
The semi-detached house boasts parquet floors and carpeted areas, adding to the cozy ambiance. Outdoor spaces include a balcony spanning 8 square meters and a roofed terrace measuring 24 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue area. You can enjoy panoramic views of the sea and the garden from these outdoor areas.
