« Overall we had a nice experience and the ultimate location was pretty good - easy access to all sights/sounds on Ortigia island and also an easy walk back to the mainland. However this was my first experience where I did not get my property access details in the promised 24hrs before the allowed check-in time through the Expedia website - I waited a few more hours and then decided to reach out to the provided mobile number via text. After no reply for 3 more hours I then called and nobody...

"Un magnifique hôtel avec de réels prestations 4 étoiles ! (Ce qui souvent n’est pas le cas chez la concurrence). Du personnel très professionnel souriant et toujours disponible. Les + de cet hôtel : les chambres bien isolées du bruit, la piscine, la plage privée et un resto extraordinaire à un prix tout à fait raisonnable."
