Just a few minute drive to the Augusta Nationals, and downtown, but in a quiet safe neighborhood. This newly renovated 2 bed/1 bath home has everything you need for a great place to relax while enjoying the city. Have some extra guests, enjoy our sofa bed. The back yard is large and gated, so perfect if you are traveling with your fur baby. No smoking on the property No parties Please obey local laws Pets okay, but please no evidence of your pet (poop, hair, scratches, etc). \*\*\*Please note- with hurricane Helene that just destroyed our community, there are still fallen trees in the yard and fences.
