"Sinalei is amazing. Situated on a pristine white sand beach, this resort is clean comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and clean providing everything you need for an amazing stay. The pools, golf and tennis provide all the fun or relaxing you wish. Food and drinks are also very good. "Absolutely beautiful slice of paradise! The staff were the friendliest, most helpful and kind people. Even when English was limited for some, they still smiled and found a way to find an answer. What a beautiful community 🙂 Turtles off the beach, clear water (except for at high tide) We happily sat and relaxed in the beach drinking the nicest pina colada from the bar. Cannot wait to return! Will come straight back here next time we come to Samoa 🙂"

"Stayed in a villa, room clean and big. Breakfast has different good selection of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. "

"We booked for 9 nights but stayed only 3. Staying in a fale on the beach at faofao became intolerable without respite from the relentless pounding of the ocean on the reef especially at night. Swimming or just sitting in the water to escape the heat was impossible with the tide almost reaching the fale. No TV at all and no Internet access in the fale. Internet also turned off. Obliged to sit in uncomfortable eating area for Internet access. No respite from bright security lights. Toilet bowl cracked, had to ask for toilet paper and no attempt made to clean the showers. Same orange paper in middle shower. Roaming cats and dogs. My husband was attacked by a black and tan dog at the toilets. Faofao is in the middle of nowhere and tourists are charged exorbitant rates for transport like 250 tala from the airport. We specially drove there before our stay to find out what we needed to bring and fortunately took canned food,water and soft drinks. Although the very oily breakfast is included in the price dinner would have cost 35 tala per person. This place is unwelcoming and unfriendly and the environment leaves a lot to be desired. My sincere regret is that the booking was non refundable. "

It really helped that the home had everything we needed especially the ability to do our laundry, cook our own food & the privacy to come & sit down at the dining table unwinding, talking with our kids about the days events. Home away from home :)"
