Dec 2, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication Was charged 150 for a hole put in the wall, which did not happen. I asked for proof and got a generic photo of a hole in a wall, no surrounding furniture to be sure it was the accommodation stayed in. Followed up a week later for more photos and the threat to go direct to bookabach and only then told they got the room wrong and hole wasnt where we stayed.
