#### Lovely cabin right on the water.

Lovely cabin right on the water, spacious and airy. Well furnished and nice nautical touches. Bed very comfortable, kitchen well enough equipped for meal prep. We enjoyed watching the ever changing light, tides, birdlife in this peaceful waterside spot.

#### Awesome little place!

The Boathouse is so lovely! With a beautiful view over the water, it’s a self contained little house with everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the view, the chairs outside and the nautical theme inside! Francis was a great host with giving us recommendations on places and restaurants to go to, he made us feel very welcome.

#### By the estuary

A lovely spot to relax and take in the wonderful 'immediate', natural surrounds...right outside the boat shed....fabulous for any twitchers. We enjoyed our couple of days/nights at the boat shed, only wish we had less engagements over the weekend affording us to spend more of the day there. Penny

I had to come to Auckland for surgery and needed to stay around for a week after discharge. We chose the Boat House to recuperate at until I was cleared to come home. It was the perfect spot with great hosts.
