Walking distance to town. 30 minutes to either Plattsburgh or Lake Placid. 20 minutes to Whiteface. Tiny House is 240 sq. ft. but holds a kitchenette, modern bathroom with tiled shower and futon for sleeping. There is also a screened sleeping porch for warmer weather. We do not have cable TV but do have wifi. Good proximity to lots of hiking and to Lake Placid. Nice tV. Futon was comfortable and blankets were warm. Outdoor screened in sleeping area looked fantastic— but it was a bit cold and rainy , so did not get the pleasure. Hot plate, microwave, and dishes available. We accidentally broke the fridge trying to defrost— and it was replaced the next day with fantastic fridge for our ice cream. Hosts were lovely, friendly, responsive. 5 stars for them! Would stay here again.
