Therefor you may see other people on the property utilizing the above mentioned outdoor space and outdoor shower which are shared between both units. This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. The charge listed as “Insurance Fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Trying to find a spot is very difficult. We had to double park on a one-way street (which the rental is located on) to unload our luggageBad lightingKitchen has only one outlet and you have to unplug things to use it for something else Bathroom is VERY basic. No fan so it fills up with steam immediately and no mirror lightBathroom has dollar store shower curtain and plastic rings on a pole that has a wire attached to the ceilingThe showerhead in the bathroom is so high up on the wall you can't even reach it to adjust it. My husband who is 6 foot two is the only one that could adjust the shower head and it was a stretch for himThere is no grab rails or anything at all inside the shower and no shelves to put any of your toiletries inside the shower. No shelves in bathroom anywhereBathtub extremely slippery. We had to put towels down on the floor of the tub so we wouldn't break our neckOnly provided towels and no washcloths.
