Quiet ocean condo
Had a nice time even though the weather was poor this Mother’s Day weekend. Brigantine is my wife’s favorite and this condo is perfectly placed right on the beach but still a Reasonable walk to stores/wawa.

AAU Basketball Stay
Conveniently located outside of the boardwalk area (15minutes) very easy drive. Great neighborhood- kitchen was well stocked along with bedding and towels. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere- we would definitely stay here again. Host responded to questions very quickly. Thank you

Get Away
This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at Rick and Ana's condo. Grateful it was available for a long weekend for us. We just needed to get away. The condo is always clean, has what we need, very comfortable. Communication is always excellent. We will stay here again, of course. Thank you, again, Rick and Ana for accommodating us at check-in and check-out.

Weather was rainy but we found plenty to do at Rick and Ana's well-located, attractive, comfortable and spotless condo. Nice local restaurants and convenient, well-equipped kitchen were all we needed. Hosts are very friendly and accessible and are truly Premier Hosts. We hope to return soon. 10/5/2023

Beach Home Away from Home!
Stepping across the threshold of Ana and Rick's Beach Home , we felt welcome with all of our needs met. It is a bright and beautiful place, sparkling, fully prepared for our stay. This was our third stay here, we have already secured next year's stay. Gorgeous heated pool, lovely landscaping, great view and access to beach. Elevator, covered parking in a lovely neighborhood. Enjoy this jewel!!

We had another great stay again at Ana & Rick’s condo. This was our 2nd year staying. First off, it is immaculately clean. They have thought of everything you could need during your vacation down the shore. From fresh linens, plenty of bath & beach towels, beach toys and bikes to fully stocked kitchen, they have everything you could need. Also, the condo pool is huge and our kids love going there after a long day at the beach. We also love the layout of their condo - very spacious. Would stay here again and again. Perfect family getaway
This was our second year staying at this wonderful Brigantine condo, and we’re booked for next year as well! This place is the perfect location for everything and it’s fully stocked with kitchen appliances, towels, linens, and beach toys/towels. The beach is a short drive away, and the pool is perfect for the kids! We really love this place!!

Wonderful Property!
My extended family and I stayed here for a weekend basketball tournament for my nieces in Atlantic City. The property was perfect for us and exactly as advertised. Very clean and up-to-date! This was a perfect location for us with a beautiful ocean view off of the patio! My sister who does not enjoy staying somewhere other than home was very impressed with the place! Thank you again and we will keep you in mind next time we are in the area!

Delightful surprise
We were desperate for a getaway for a couple days at So. Jersey beaches and have had miserable experiences at area hotels. Thankfully we found Rick and Ana's condo. It's essentially on the beach. It's spotless. It's freshly and comfortably furnished. It is charmingly decorated for a beach vacation and is immaculately cared for in every way imaginable. Well-equipped simply does not say it very well. If you didn't bring it and find that you need it, it'll be there! Bikes, beach chairs, linens, kitchen utensils and supplies, tvs, cable, real-working-wifi... it's all there and it works as it's supposed to work. Rick and Ana responded very promptly to any questions (we primarily texted), volunteered relevant suggestions and did so in the warmest, friendliest, most gracious way. They are the living definition of Premier Host. I hope we get to go back soon.

Perfect condo/apartment!
The apartment was great, we had a wonderful time. It was only about 10 min away from the casinos and boardwalk. The area is a little quiet during the winter but you can find Aldis and CVS close by. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The only suggestion I have is to check the vent in the room on the far end, it was cold at night. However, this was my fault for not mentioning it to the owner. I would definitely rent this place in the summer, there is a pool on sight.

The Condo was perfect for us. It was well stocked and very clean. The morning view from the patio of the ocean while having our coffee was just beautiful! A short drive was all we needed to be at any of the casinos. We would definitely stay there again.

Happy oceanfront vacation!
Ana and Rick have prepared a superb home away from home on the awesome Island of Brigantine. The unit is spacious, beautifully decorated for its seaside location. All of your needs have been provided for, fully stocked kitchen, linens, beach gear and bicycles, Wi-Fi and updated cable viewed on widescreen. AC nearby as well as restaurants. Fabulous choice.

BEACH FRONT AND A GREAT POOL TOO!
We had a wonderful vacation at Rick and Ana's condo! We only had to bring out toiletries! Ocean views from the balcony, great location for walking right down the path to the beach, just a few blocks from Aunt B's ice cream and some restaurants, and lots of bike lanes! Condo is well stocked, W/D are large front loaders, the condo was very neat and clean...definitely well cared for!! We recommend highly...we will be back!

Home away from home!
We had a fabulous stay at the end of August. The condo was stocked with linens, towels, pillows, kids toys, beach toys, fully stocked kitchen (I mean they even had a waffle maker!) and games for adults. They had tv’s in both bedrooms which is a huge bonus and hard to find in our experiences. We spent many days at the beach and then would come back, rinse off, and jump in the pool. It was perfect for our two young ones (only goes to 5ft) and allowed us some relaxation time 👍🏼. We highly recommend this condo. The owners answered questions almost immediately via the Vrbo app.

Beautiful and clean unit , beautiful pool and nice location .
Unit is as described. Unit is Very clean! . Everything you need is there . The building and other guests all nice and polite . No bothersome noises or anything like that . Building and grounds and pool all immaculate . Comfortable AC and two extremely comfortable (new?) beds . I just recommend that You be able to walk the long walk to waters edge or drive down to shorter beaches with handicap rubber if that is an issue for you . I enjoyed the walk through the natural dunes but saw someone in a motorized cart get stuck . Fortunately Brigantine is good about parking so all can park and walk to different beaches . But husband and I noticed that more and more homes are making their driveways take up the entire width of property which is curtailing available parking . Loved sitting out on deck seeing the ocean and folks enjoying the crystal clear pool .

Brigantine Beach stay
My family enjoyed our stay! We had great weather and the beach (although a bit of a walk) was great as was the pool. As others have mentioned, this unit is very well equipped which made cooking some very fresh seafood very easy. One recommendation: buy a silicone spatula to use on the many non-stick fry pans. The plastic ones don't really work on the hot surfaces. We highly recommend staying here!

Overall the condo was good. The couches need to have the springs redone. We really sunk in. The beds were comfortable but if you like a pillow thicker than an inch bring your own. Plenty of towels for you to use. Loved the Keurig. Not sure if there is a reason for single ply toilet paper but if not that’s what you have.

We love Brigantine Beach and this condo experience was the best! Grandparents, kids and grandkids all enjoyed themselves. The amenities were so helpful and unit was sparkling clean! Restful family getaway
Our family of 4 recently returned from a short getaway to the Brigantine-Atlantic City area and are pleased to report that Rick and Ana's spotless and well-equipped condo was the most best part of our trip. Check in and communication was effortless, location perfect on the laid-back island of Brigantine, and the unit was one of the best equipped we've stayed at. Although we took a break from cooking for the short time there, the kitchen was outfitted with whatever a family needed during their stay. From the bikes to the beach towels, Rick and Ana took care of all the details, so you don't have to! We hope to return again in the future.

We love Brigantine!
The property was exactly as advertised. The entire place was spotless, the furniture and beds were comfortable, we loved that the linens were included! The kitchen had everything you could need and the location was ideal. We enjoyed dinner at the Pirates Den (always delicious!), took a trip to Ocean City, gambled (aka lost) at Harrahs and generally had a wonderful weekend. Thanks so much!
