Located on the beautiful island of Atlantic Beach NC. with views of the Intercoastal Waterway and direct ocean access across the street. This condo is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy some time off from work, make family memories or just relax. This condo is near many great seafood restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, specialty shops, parks and many local attractions you will want to visit. Take a tour on the water taxi to many of the islands that are local favorites or go on a fishing trip on one of the many fishing boats in the area and cook your bounty on one of the grills. Lay by the pool or enjoy a day at the beach. So many wonderful and exciting things to do. The beach was literally across the street and was so nice and quiet!! Wasn’t the cleanest upon check in, though wasn’t terrible. Just needed a good deep clean I think. Biggest complaint was the mattresses that squeak if you get in bed/roll over and are hard as a rock. Even my 7 year old said his back hurt. Also the shower was pretty horribleness. The drain doesn’t drain well at all and the water pressure is insane. Most uncomfortable shower I think I’ve ever experienced. The price shown online was not even close to the actual price upon check out. The pictures made the space look much bigger. Not worth anywhere near the price per night. Spectacular sound side views, boat launch (for a fee), HUGE outdoor green space, grills, and more. Room was clean and spacious. Made friends with Wes the property manger…great guy. Everything is as stated. Very nice pool, soundside view is beautiful, beach is right across the street. Close to everything you need. Very quiet while we were there. Bathroom floor was filthy and the kitchen not well equipped at all. The blinds were broken and could not be Closed leaving a bright outdoor light shining in all night. ##### Donna S. The condo was clean, the pool was recently redone, and has a wonderful community. You couldn’t ask for better access to the beach, being right across the street.
