Had some challenges getting into the property to start with but the ownership was responsive in staying in touch. Not only did Sunnary respond, but she also shared what was at the heart of the matter. Once access to the unit was available, the family was completely satisified with the accommodations. The bathroom upstairs is completely open, so def awkward when you have multiple guests staying, everyone had to use the bottom bathroom. It would have been helpful to have walls or a full bathroom created upstairs. As well, the situation with the 2 rooms upstairs, where one is just open is also awkward when people are sleeping and there are no walls. Our only problem was there were 5 women and 1 man and the second floor had one toilet and shower inside one of the bedrooms. Consequently, it was a bit awkward for the people on the second floor - no privacy, basically.
