The staff made us feel very welcomed. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—very kind. The facility is stunning, the rooms are quiet and very well accommodated. We were in a great location—shopping, restaurants, etc.

Really friendly staff, clean rooms and shared space. Pool is small yet just what you need on a hot day. We took advantage of the lounge when we ordered take out. Great location to walk for shopping and restaurants. Toughest part of the location is limited street parking however there are two garages just a block away that worked.

The property is lovely. Suites are spacious, finished to a very high standard and the communal spaces are thoughtful, stylish and relaxing. Perfect for holiday and professionals. The area is perfect, lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants within walking distance and plenty of parking facilities at a good price all around the area. Recommend Amici for morning coffee just across the road. Highly recommended, excellent. Will definitely be back

On arrival we were unable to get into the apartment. We sent a message and tried to call but there was no response and we started to panic. We were dripping with sweat after a fifteen minute walk from the port with luggage and it wasn’t a great start to our stay. Eventually a lady appeared and let us in. We then couldn’t get into the room as despite the key clicking the door mechanism wouldn’t unlock. Eventually we were given a key but it was quite concerning that we could have the same problem getting out as getting in. I said I would prefer to move rooms but was told they were all fully booked which wasn’t the case as I checked booking engines. Shame it started like that as the apartment is beautiful with a spotless clean kitchen area and everything you need with all minor details thought of. The most comfy slippers I’ve had in a hotel too. The rooftop pool is great for a dip and to chill out. There is a washing machine and dryer with free detergents which we thought was great. Apart from the rocky start we were very impressed with Zea Urban living and would stay again if in Athens.

I highly recommend ZEA Urban Living! It boasts a fantastic location, conveniently situated close to public transportation and just a short walk from the ferries that provide tickets to the islands. Additionally, there are numerous excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, along with great shops for shoes, clothes, and jewelry just a few blocks away from the hotel. The staff is both professional and friendly. We received outstanding service and valuable recommendations from Christina and the other members of the front desk team. The facilities are modern and technologically advanced, and everything looks immaculate. I truly recommend this place, and I’m confident I will return on my next trip to Greece!

What an amazing new hotel! The room was wonderful! It was new with a cute balcony. It had a great little kitchenette, awesome shower and comfortable bed. The splash pool was a great addition. This was perfect for a few days to access the port of Piraeus. It was helpful having the metro station around the corner (10-12 minute walk). On check out day, they held our luggage while we continued exploring for the day and waited for our overnight ferry to Crete. Great stay!

This hotel is a great find - incredible value for what it is - the fit out is great, rooms are clean and super stylish, 5 mins from the metro station and 10 mins from the port. Sadly I arrived late and left early so didn’t see anything of the hotel except my room but I thought it was incredible value for money and would love to return and stay for longer and enjoy it more.

We stayed there for 3 nights and we had a very pleasant time there. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. It’s about 15 mins walk to the port, and you can take bus 040 to main attractions and X96 the airport. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Otel ve oda tertemizdi. Konum olarak Pire merkezdeydi. Oda çok konforluydu ve diş fırçasından oda terliğine kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi çok ilgiliydi ve yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yapıyordu. Tekrar gidersem tercih edeceğim bir otel.
