Employees lied about safety of neighborhood. Not safe at night and worst area of Athens I’ve ever seen. Spotted crack users one block away and very large homeless encampment 3 blocks away. Much more inner city problems that could not be missed but staff denied what we saw!

Staff for the most part were very friendly and helpful. We had a less than positive experience in the top floor restaurant with I assume the manager who spoke abrasive to my wife when she complained that her food was not cooked properly. Customer relations did hear our concerns and took it very seriously so hopefully this kind of this won't be repeated with others. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. It also needs noted that the Bread Factory is across the street and the food is nothing short of amazing. Overall a great experience in Athens.

The whole hotel was great! We were well prepared that the surrounding area wasn’t so nice but the hotel more than makes up for that. Firstly the staff are so kind and helpful (helping us charge our devices when our chargers were packed away pre airport), checking in on us and being very attentive. The rooms we had (junior suites) were beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities you would hope for including a mini fridge. The pool area was a huge standout - it was meticulously maintained and we enjoyed it every day. Breakfast was outstanding too. The views were amazing, the staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet. First class stay!
