A cozy, sunny and bright apartment of 104 sq.m. on the forth floor with a big balcony, located in the center of Athens and near the subway (150 m).
It's equipped with almost everything you'll need and around the hood you'll find whatever you need (supermarket, fruit market, bakery, coffee shops, restaurants etc).
You will feel like home just moments after your arrival.
The apartment consists of 2 comfortable bedrooms (the one with a california king bed and the other with a single bed), a bathroom and an additional WC, which is extremely useful for the guests, an old fashioned kitchen, a safety door, a lovely, spacey living room with two sofa-beds and two balconies - the one being ideal to enjoy the greek sun.
