"Hotel shuttle from the airport was requested and confirmed by the hotel but never happened. First time in Paraguay and after midnight arrival, we were not happy to find out that no one showed up and the hotel did not answer the phone. When we let the hotel know upon arrival, they were nice enough to offer free shuttle on our departure. I was glad to find out that the hotel took responsibilities for the mishap."

"This is a lovely hotel all around, but the staff was particularly helpful. As a person with limited Spanish, their ability to help in English when I stumbled was a big plus. I plan on returning here."
"Good location close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff was very accomodating/helpful. Food was good too. On another positive note, Juan Valdes coffee shop in the lobby....coffee as well as treats :)"
