Tucked behind Helman House on a quiet, tree-lined street, Helman Studio A features everything you need for your Ashland visit including a full size washer dryer and dedicated off street parking! ★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★ We can sleep 4 total! A King Bed and Queen fold out couch and ensuite bathroom with bathtub We have a table for 2 and a kitchenette so you're all set for a bite or a morning coffee. Relax on our sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku). Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password. Please note that this studio shares a wall that is relatively thin as far as soundproofing with the other studio that may or may not be occupied. If you’re a light sleeper or like to listen to music or TV loudly please inquire about other units that may be more suitable. ★BATHROOM★ There is a full bathroom with a bathtub. Once home again. Coffee, creamer & sugars are ready for ur perfect cup of Java. The king bed was very comfortable (firm but not to firm). We opened the door to air conditioning ( great since it was 102 that day) From opening the door to when we left, information was listed on the table. The owner was very open to any questions prior to our booking & helped with issues we had in signing up. It had everything these two people needed. Parking was a little tight but I found the parking area open & we just turned our car around & backed into our space each time we got home! At night there is a car parked there but we had no issues.
