It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths, plus a private loft on its own floor with a queen sized pull out sofa. It is equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio. You\`ll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors 2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6\`8 H, 8\`6 W, 17\` L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes. Guests will be provided with detailed check-in instructions upon booking. These instructions will be re-sent 3 days prior to arrival. This rental is managed by Towns Property Management Inc; a locally owned company that has staff available 24 hours in case of emergency.
