Inside, this luxurious lakeside retreat enjoys a bright and airy living space which has been stylishly furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table and a smart flatscreen TV. This area opens onto both balconies and also incorporates a well-designed kitchen fitted with; a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is located within a historic courtyard in the Swiss town of Ascona, 50 metres from the northern shore of Lake Maggiore. Lungolago di Ascona, the town’s picturesque lakeside promenade is just a 2-minute walk away with its colourful buildings, palm trees, lively cafes, boutiques and grocery stores.

Ascona’s Old Town, Borgo di Ascona can also be reached within a 5-minute walk, here guests can explore the narrow cobblestone streets, boutique shops, art galleries and traditional restaurants.

Art enthusiasts will want to head to the Museo Comunale d\'Arte Moderna (a 2- minute walk) and explore the tranquil sanctuary of Monte Verità, a cultural centre featuring an art museum, historic park, and Switzerland’s only tea plantation. For those with children, the Parco Giochi amusement park, is an 8-minute walk and the Lido di Ascona is an 8-minute drive / 20-minute walk away. Other activities include Golf Club Patriziale Ascona and Locarno Falconry which are both a 6-minute drive away.
