The villa, for exclusive use of guests, is free on three sides and surrounded by a garden with an outdoor shower, perfect for refreshing after a day at the beach. The green spaces are carefully maintained to also accommodate your beloved pets.  
The interior of the villa is characterized by bright and welcoming rooms, designed to offer maximum comfort.  
The living area includes a spacious lounge with a sofa bed and TV, and an open-plan kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to cook and fully enjoy the house.  
Two large double bedrooms ensure space and relaxation, while the bathroom features a large modern shower and a laundry area to provide convenience during your stay.
