Each room has its own bathroom or shower with separate wc. .Table Tennis and lap pool (10x3m) parking. Tastefully decorated with antique and modern paintings, objects and Basque furniture, ancient and modern. Basque linen and beautiful crockery.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très agréable à vivre. Elle est non seulement très belle mais également très bien pensée et équipée (cuisine, bbq, piscine, coin TV-ciné). La maison est à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre ville d'Ascain qui offre toues les commodités utiles (journaux, boulangerie, boucher, superette, pharmacie, terrain de pelote basque). La piscine est très agréable et la vue sur la Rhune inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir dans cette maison.

Idéalement située, à 3mn du centre d'Ascain, 5mn du chemin de randonnée qui mène au sommet de la Rhune, aux alentours beaucoup d'activités et de sites intéressants. La maison est très agréable à vivre, très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé une tres agreable semaine avec nos enfants et nos petits enfants dans cette tres jolie villa.La maison est spacieuse, tres lumineuse, tres fonctionnelle, avec une tres jolie vue. Elle est de plus tres bien située près du village. La region offre de nombreux attraits, proximite de la mer, balades en montagnes, decouvertes des villages environnants. Les proprietaires ont tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre sejour soit agreable. Je recommande tres vivement cette location.

Tres belle villa,confortable et spacieuse,lumineuse, à 2 mn du centre d'Ascain.Tres belle vue sur la Rhune.Nous avons passé un super sejour . De belles randonnées à faire en famille dans les alentours .Proximité de la côte et des plages (Hendaye,St Jean de Luz). A noter l'accueil chaleureux.

#### séjour très agréable à Ascain

cette maison est très agréable à vivre, lumineuse et très pratique car chacun a son espace privé et cela permet de s'isoler pour mieux se retrouver dans la grande pièce de vie ou sur la terrasse face à la Rhune ( que nous avons trouvé enneigée à notre arrivée). Tout est fonctionnel, pratique et facile à entretenir.Rien ne manque, tant au point de vue vaisselle que les cintres dans les placards, et surtout ce que nous avons apprécié c'est d'avoir la possibilité de se servir du nécessaire de première mise en route au niveau cuisine ( pour les non prévoyants). Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires qui sont charmants et nous reviendrons dès que possible dans ce superbe coin du pays basque.Nous recommandons vivement cette maison où il fait bon vivre. Mr et Mme Francis GABORIT
