It’s in a perfect place to stay in Arusha where you can walk to some good cafes and restaurants. You’re very central so you can take short taxi rides to anywhere in the town. It’s in a shopping center so the entrance is a little confusing from the street. People were nice. There’s a little outdoor area with tables.

Les draps étaient gris et déchirés. Les serviettes étaient grises et humides. Une seules prise électrique pour 3 personnes. 5 lampes une seule fonctionnait, le plafonnier fonctionnait. Il faut traverser la chambre pour allumer la salle d'eau. La douchette de la douche ne tient pas. Il faut la tenir pour se doucher, pas pratique pour faire un shampoing ou se laver. Les fenêtres ne ferment pas, la moustiquaire ne tient pas. Les moustiques entrent à leur aise. L'isolation phonique est une utopie, vive les bouchons d'oreilles. Mais la vie trépidante du quartier se calme vers 22-23 heures. Le personnel est très serviable et aux petits soins, cela relève le niveau.

Lit pas confortable. Alors la salle de bain je n'en parle même pas. Pas propre même si la nuit nous a coûté 40€ aucun service Petit déjeuner medriocre

This hotel was very very dirty. The bedding was vary stained and dirty. The shower didn't work. The location is very noisy. I would not ever stay there again. I left to a new hotel.

Good hotel in the city center

Arusha Naaz Hotel is located near the Clock Tower/city center, cafes, and shops. Our room had good size, and fast wifi connection. The staff were helpful. They accommodated our request to have our suitcases in the hotel as we went away for a couple of days. The only concern I had was the bedsheets used in the room were not clean. Please ensure to change them after your guest(s) check out.

1. just stayed 7hours before safari tour. 2. staff was very kind even though late check in. 3. however mosquito bite me a lot during night, the condition of towel provided was not in good condition. no water provided needs to be improvded
