Activities galore with a huge separate pool room w/wet bar and sitting area, state of the art movie room, separate nook for the kids, and another game room. The large open floor plan opens onto the wraparound deck framed by a pine forest. Upto 12 people can sleep. Where you will dine and relax : Sprawling and wrapped around windowed living room with vaulted wood lined ceiling, perfect for family game time (tons of board games provided), warmed by a pellet stove. The open dining room can be accessed from the kitchen, with island seating and a 10 person dining table. The dining room also opens into the wrap around deck which holds a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils including an instapot, rice cooker, toaster, blender, grinder, electric skillet (for emergencies) and a vast assortment of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc. .. perfect for serving up a warm meal. The cabin has a propane driven generator to supply power to the house during a power outage. The generator will not, however, maintain broadband internet, if the Comcast service go down due to a widespread power outage. We encourage you to consider purchasing a separate travel insurance policy that can provide you coverage for last-minute cancellations. CELL PHONE COVERAGE Please note: cell phone reception is limited in the Arnold/Dorrington area. VERIZON (and its partners like Tracfone, Xfinity Mobile) tends to be the only provider that works. SPECTALULAR cabin!!! This was our first family vacation in Dorrington. Every member of our family enjoyed it and we made wonderful memories. As soon as we arrived the kids ran to explore the house and found the theater and game room. They didn’t want to leave the house at all (and neither did the adults!) We enjoyed playing family games outside/inside, family movie night (with AMAZING surround sound), BBQ on large and spacious deck, hiking at Calaveras Big Tree State Park, and swimming and fishing at White Pines Park. Our 4th of July vacation flew by and we only wish we had more time to spend in Dorrington in this truly spectacular cabin! Breathtaking views around the house with lots of privacy in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. This cabin is pet friendly and lots of space for our 2 dogs to run/play. We also have to share that Udayan and Rinky were very welcoming, accessible and very responsive when we had questions. Thank you so much making us feel at home!! We had a great time with the pool table, ping pong and games. Being able to play in the snow right outside was a great bonus. Host were very responsive and quick to questions. Our family enjoyed our stay at your wonderful cabin! There were activities galore with out having to leave. We enjoyed the pool table and the fun games outside ex. Shuffle board, badminton, swing set basketball! I meant there so many things to keep you busy. Everything was very clean and well kept. The theater was one of our favorites! We planned a movie night with all the kids they enjoyed it. We would definitely be coming back again! There was so much snow too and the best part was that we didn’t have to leave the house to go play in it. The trip was amazing for all 9 of us plus our dog. The whole house was warm so it made everything real comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the movie theater they spent most of the time there when not playing in the snow. The adults enjoyed the two story aspect of it because the kids had their own space. The amenities were a major key for our enjoyment there was a washer / dryer , the kitchen has all the appliances and any dishes, pots, forks, etc. that you may need. I was able to bbq everyday and enjoy the scenery out on the deck. We made a lot of great memories so we will definitely be back. Returning to the same house is an easy choice since the owners provided amazing customer service and were prompt in answering any questions we had, they really were amazing and easy to communicate with. ##### Hector I. Quiet, close to Big Trees and fishing, and plenty of fun things to do at the cabin itself - excellent shuffleboard and impressive home theater! The kitchen has literally everything you might have at home, which makes cooking fun. Even our dog felt at home, which is not easy to achieve.
