"It was bad. The view was nice. There's no free wifi. There's free wifi at McDonald's. This is a couple hundred a night minimum place. Call front desk and no one will answer. No room service. No pool. Restaurant doesnt serve lunch. Breakfast is something ridiculous $$. We had to be moved, bc of a huge leak coming out of an electrical socket over the bathtub, middle of night. They moved us in the AM and we had to repack and transfer everything (cribs etc). Asked for a refund for at least that one night. Each person i spoke to said yea yea sure i got you and would never call back. They just say oh what can we do we got you its Expedia you booked on oh so we can't refund but we'll see how we can do this....silence. dont book 3rd party. Dont book sheraton pentagon city, except for a view. Very weird hotel. Front desk was also rude to my fiance. Sheree was very kind and Asya (sp) was very helpful on check in. "

"Good luckgetting internet here.I could not get theirs to work, I could not get my hot spot to work.I had them check itand the error messages on their platform and they could not fix them.I told them that due to my work, I could not stay and not get my work done. They stated that because I booked with a third party, they could not help me. I had my third party call them several times at the correct number, and the Westin would not pick up. The charges will be refuted by my third party, and if needed denied by my own credit card. This is absurd service . "

"Fresh towels and a clean room everyday is a bonus. Front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. Hotel is in an excellent location, very safe and very close to the metro station, can be in downtown DC in a matter of minutes. "

"Excellent location very close to Courthouse metro. The area felt very safe, even at night walking with young kids to the metro. Close to a movie theater was a nice bonus too. Room was very nice, loved having a large living room and table that was separate from sleeping bedroom and kitchen was helpful as well. The kids could go to sleep and adults still watch tv or talk. Breakfast was a good variety with something for everyone. The metro was perfect, silver or orange line quickly brought us where we needed to go without needing to switch trains, great for families sightseeing. Kids loved riding metro. Hotel was significantly less than others we looked at and very glad we chose this one, parking for $20 was better than $70 at other locations. Will definitely stay here for a future trip. "
