I’ve never been somewhere that the staff was just offended that they had to serve me and the other hotel guests I was with. And then when we weren’t served we decided to leave and go across the street which they were also offended but why would we stay? Anyways. Also the mattress killed my back. I’m 35 and woke up feeling 95"

"My key would not let me in the 24 hour gym. I had to pay for coffee pods. No complimentary coffee or creamer in the lobby. No hot tub. The room did not come with a fridge or a microwave. I would have to have ordered it. The up side, the bar tender was friendly and attentive. The art show from the local college was fantastic. All staff were friendly and courteous. My room was clean. My bathroom was clean. It did not feel old or outdated. They had a nice selection for breakfast. I had a very good night sleep on a very comfortable mattress and that means a lot.."
