"This hotel was clean and breakfast was good but I will warn you that we prepaid our room but when we arrived, they charged us a $250 charge for incidentals and you had a choice to spend $12 to park in the regular parking lot or $17 to park in the parking garage. Of course, the $250 incidental fee is supposed to be returned to our account but it can take several days to get it back. They said they charge that much on the weekends because they get a lot of people that throw parties and destroy the rooms but I do think they should have that info on their website because that is excessive and a lot of people can’t afford to lose that money for several days, especially when traveling. It was also extremely busy and there was a group of young boys (a sports team) and they were extremely noisy and disrespectful of the hotel. Our bedroom window faced the highway so we heard traffic all night long and just after midnight, we were woke up by an alarm that told us to get to the staircase and make our way out of the hotel. Minutes later, after we were already out of bed and getting dressed, they announced the alarm was a mistake. Turns out, one of those unruly boys had pulled the fire alarm. So, while the hotel was nice, clean, and a good breakfast, it was a long, stressful night. I would recommend this hotel in general, but maybe not on the weekends and I suggest they lower the incidental fee unless it’s an obvious group that may be an issue."

"It was a very pleasant experience. They only thing is that I was asked to change my room for maintenance after I had settled my stuff already. The new room I was moved to had a very loud AC. When it kicks in, it would make very loud noise!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Hot Springs and our stay at the Arlington Hotel. The Arlington is definitely a hotel pulled right out of history. Loved the antique feel. The staff were friendly and very helpful anytime we needed them. There was a live band Friday and Saturday night in the lobby that made our evenings enjoyable. Will definitely be staying again."
