« The people are friendly. They don't do breakfast it's just a small motel in a small town that will be fine for some people & not others. But the staff is great. »

« The room smelled very musty when we arrived and it took a day for the room to cool off and the smell to minimize, The bathroom also had a smell like sulfur which went away after 1 1/2 days. The furniture was old - should be replaced . No coffee pot and breakfast option was very minimal . Good things- bed was very comfortable and shower was very nice - bathtub floor was very slippery- thank goodness for grab bar. »

« What spa? This was destroyed from the storm. Room smelled. 25 wat bulb. See thru towels. no plug for the tub. Did not stay, please refund me, office was locked. lobby was a store room. »

« We didn't use the amenities so it's not fair for us to evaluate it, but had to put something down, so we put it in the middle. We were only there to sleep at night. The room was clean. The only reason we don't give it a 5 Star for cleanliness is because it smelled musty like it had been closed up for several days without air conditioning. We get that they don't want to run the AC all the time, but it should have at least been turned on and turned down the morning of our arrival. »

« I usually stay at a Hampton or a Hilton because they are usually clean and well maintained. Our first room was still dirty with the door propped open and they beds stripped and no housekeeping till the next day. They moved us to another room that was supposedly clean. I cleaned the counters, floors, and bathroom before staying there. The pool was dirty. Keys quit working numerous times during the day. I usually don’t care about anything except a clean space but this was not it. »

« Terrible experience. Put us in a room with a TV that didn’t work. I complained and they told me they were full and didn’t have another room but eventually moved that afternoon. We moved and thatTV never streamed correctly either. Ordered some breakfast and it was her first week and she had no idea what she was doing. She was super sweet but hadn’t been trained. Even the coffee was watered down, didn’t even taste like coffee. Terrible experience! We go to Troy every year for Special...
