Single storey house in a quiet and residential area. The Villa offers accommodation for 9 people with a private heated swimming pool and air conditioning in all rooms. The cycle path and the pine forest are behind the house.

Séjour agréable. Maison spacieuse et bien située Nous avons juste regretté un mobilier un peu abîmé et une télé capricieuse. Dommage que la clim visible sur les photos ne fonctionne pas. Belle balade en vélo à proximité.

Tout y est pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Très belle villa dans un lotissement très calme, belle piscine. Proche des pistes cycables ce qui permet de decouvrir les environs en velo. Pas très loin du centre d'Ares, on peut s'y rendre à pieds. Vacances au top .

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end, maison contemporaine dans quartier résidentiel, bonne situation géographique pour visiter les alentours, proche de Cap Ferret, piste cyclable à proximité, port ostréicole avec ptits restos sympas. Dommage que la piscine n’était pas chauffée.
